This page describes how Civitas handles the information you and your staff put into the workspace. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

Account details for each staff member, the answers you give during setup, and the documents you create or upload. We use them to produce your drafts and to learn your chamber's voice.

How it is used

Your material is used to serve your chamber's account. We do not sell it and we do not share it with other organizations for their own purposes.

Retention and deletion

You can delete documents at any time from your account. When a subscription ends, you may request removal of your chamber's stored material.
